Sales Engineer to support our growing demand for manufactured oilfield equipment. This role bridges technical expertise with customer-facing communication, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class solutions tailored to their operational needs. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to lines of manufactured oilfield equipment. Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations based on customer requirements and field conditions. Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and engineering-based assessments for customer projects. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to clients. Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate project feasibility and equipment requirements. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent support and communication. Track customer requests and manage projects through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closeout. Manage ordering, inventory, forecasting, invoicing and bills. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emissions standards impacting customer needs. Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related discipline preferred). Minimum 3 years of oilfield experience , with direct exposure to production equipment, emissions equipment, or facility operations. Strong understanding of Natural Gas Compression, Production Equipment and Fluids Separation, Gas Lift systems, and facility emissions mitigation technologies. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
