Collaborates with the design and production teams to refine designs, source materials, and ensure product quality through vendor coordination. Stays updated on market trends, resolve production challenges, and ensures consistency in size, fit, and construction across product categories. Responsibilities

Manage and develop all design artwork for Gym accessories, Yoga accessories, bags and other accessories. Use detailed tech packs & BOMs to articulate product detail execution. Communicate with factories and mills to ensure prototypes and samples are executed properly. Communicate with the production department and factories to ensure production is executed properly. Provide support to the line book development process and color card development process. Research up-to-date industry, seasonal trends by identifying consumer relevant opportunities to create high quality trends and styles. Ensure that product is consistent with market trends and business strategy. Ensure product is being designed within cost parameters. Work on seasonal calendar, assortment plans. Work closely with production partner to ensure design packages are complete and accurate. Partner with merchandising to assort line and develop product appropriate for business needs. Creating AI artwork directed by the design team and buyers. Creating graphics that will be used on small accessories, gifting & tech. Spec up designs for sampling with the factories. Innovating new materials and applications. Requesting and chasing pricing from the factories on designs. Chasing the factories for samples and meeting deadlines. Creating presentations for each product range. Developing products with Far East suppliers. Working closely with License partners, helping design ranges and uploading ranges to dedicated systems and making sure everything’s on track. Responsible for development and design of product, including research, sketching, tech packs and pre-production confirmations from concept to final execution. Track the full development cycle of samples. Maintain, update and share line sheets, Filemaker (style guide software), costing recaps and sample requests. Coordinate with overseas office to develop new products, problem-solve design issues, approve materials and supervising sample lot production through daily communication. Responsible for all product corrections and execution through delivery. Maintain knowledge of fashion trends, shop market, attend trend meetings and leather shows. Work with the design team to create moods for the season (color palettes, prints, materials etc.). Work closely with business leaders and sales teams to address specific requests and build well-rounded collections. Prepare design presentations and linesheets. Attend sales meetings to present line to buyers, meet with customers and assist in the sales and presentation process. Develop products with a focus on aesthetics, style, function and fabric. Deliver design sketches, prototypes and provide specifications. Review prototypes and communicate corrections. Adapt designs based on feedback from the creative head, and incorporate the same in the final product. Create artwork that can be translated into prints and graphics. Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to source, select and buy fabrics, embellishments etc. for the product. Collaborate with the design team to finalize design aesthetic, fit intent, construction, colour swatches and materials. Stay up to date on competitor research and market trend. Identify potential production, quality, costing and design issues and make appropriate recommendations. Ensure size and fit consistency within and across product categories. Develop mood boards, sketches, PLM management, trend analysis and color/material strategies for product concepts. Create and maintain color palettes and color direction for each style and present to stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills
