Route Service Sales Representative - Cleanroom (4-Day Workweek)

Overview
Cintasis seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - Cleanroom. Responsibilities include providing service to a set customer base through the pickup and delivery of specialized products to controlled business environments, such as the semi-conductor, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. The role requires driving a company-owned truck to and from multiple customer stops throughout the day, lifting, carrying and moving clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and proactively solving problems. The goal is to grow the existing route through sales of additional items from our product line and catalog to current customers. Specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport between the RSSR and the customers serviced, with extensive geographical coverage that often includes customers in several states. Overnight travel is usually required, typically one to two nights per week. Responsibilities
Includes: Provide service to a set customer base via pickup and delivery of specialized products to controlled business environments. Drive a company-owned truck to and from customer stops; lift, carry and move products as required. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and proactively solving problems. Grow the route through sales of additional items from the product line and catalog to current customers. Skills/Qualifications
Required Ability to travel overnight one to two nights per week. Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment, candidates must: Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding previous employment All successful candidates will also possess: Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A high school diploma, GED, or Military Service Strong customer service orientation Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-oriented environment to meet goals A positive attitude along with ambition, organization and service spirit Benefits

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. This range accounts for factors such as skill, experience, training, performance, and organizational needs.
