Overview
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience to join the Energy Team in our Houston office. Alternate Foley office locations may be considered based on business needs and the candidate's experience. Responsibilities
Representing and advising clients on power and renewable energy M&A and joint venture transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and development agreements, and related transaction documents, as well as managing due diligence and closing processes. Strong drafting, organizational, and project management skills are essential. Work with multi disciplinary teams across offices and engage directly with senior attorneys and clients; contribute to a fast paced, high-performing, and collaborative environment. Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA approved law school In good standing and an active member of the Texas Bar How to apply

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The expected salary range for this position is between $290,000 - $390,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
