We are seeking an exceptional Global Client Relations VIE to join our dynamic Global Client Relations & Client Experience team. This pivotal role demands a candidate with a sophisticated understanding of the luxury sector, specifically within high-end retail and corporate strategy, to drive our initiatives in client acquisition and engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating opportunities to expand our base of high-end clientele, while also playing a critical role in the meticulous planning and execution of international high jewelry events. This involves ensuring flawless operations and elevating client engagement to unprecedented levels. Furthermore, the VIE will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of advanced programs, strategies, and service support, leveraging CRM insights to enhance in-store client events and appointments.

VIE Program Requirements (must be met):

Ages 18 - 28

French or European Union citizen (cannot be a U.S. Citizen)

Be available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program

Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°)

Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment

Salary:

The salary for this position is

€ 5072.76

per month.

Key Accountabilities:

High-End Client Acquisition & Strategy:

Collaborate with the key Global teams to deeply understand and refine existing methodologies for developing Client Advisor expertise in attracting new high-end clients and elevating existing top-tier clients to the high-end segment.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of our current high-end client database, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic growth.

Contribute to the formulation of sophisticated plans designed to achieve ambitious High Jewelry client goals and ensure the sustained growth of our high-end client portfolio to meet and exceed sales targets.

Luxury Client Relations, Elite Events, and Strategic Activations:

Provide robust support in the organization and strategic planning of international high jewelry events, which may include direct on-site support for exclusive client appointments, embodying the pinnacle of client hospitality during key global moments.

Partner closely with the Global Client Relations team to conceptualize and implement bespoke programs, sophisticated strategies, and unparalleled support for in-store client events.

Assist in the meticulous organization of internal Tiffany & Co. employee events, ensuring they reflect our brand's luxury standards.

Perform in-depth analysis of client event sales data, generating insightful executive reports that inform future strategic decisions.

Support the continuous enhancement of our client insight tools, ensuring they provide actionable intelligence for personalized client engagement.

Luxury Business Development:

Execute ad-hoc analytical projects specifically tailored for Global High End clienteling, providing critical data to inform strategic initiatives.

Provide comprehensive support with a particular focus on high-end client experience and the flawless hospitality execution at high jewelry events.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience (3-5 years) in high-end client hospitality, encompassing both luxury retail operations and strategic corporate roles.

Proven track record of orchestrating and catering to high-net-worth client events within a luxury context.

Fluent in English, both verbally and in sophisticated business writing.

Profound understanding of the global luxury retail industry, with specialized knowledge of high jewelry and watches being highly advantageous.

Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable luxury business insights.

Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional global teams.
