Overview
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. You are a people leader: You motivate and inspire the team through our core values. You model leadership and hold associates accountable to service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room. You have an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. You train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture. You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate associates and celebrate outstanding performance. You are a visual & operational innovator: You execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. You ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
