Overview
The Worship Leader is responsible for leading the musical portion of church services and handling any necessary preparation. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Church Staff and volunteers to plan worship services. Lead the congregation in worship during church services and occasional special events. Lead, develop and assist volunteers in the church’s worship ministry. Prepare during the week for Sunday worship services by rehearsing, selecting and arranging music, and coordinating with our volunteers, to ensure a seamless worship experience. Qualifications
Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting. Strong musical proficiency in vocals and at least one instrument, with a good understanding of various worship styles. Ability to lead a diverse team with humility, grace, and excellence. Comfortable using technology, worship software, social media and sound systems.
