Overview Sales Executive (JH) – Fully Remote. Location: Anywhere, FL 33408.

The Juno Health Sales Executive will lead Public Health sales efforts by securing new business opportunities with state health departments across the U.S. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of EMR/EHR solutions and a proven track record in healthcare SaaS sales.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation through contract closure, with guidance from Senior Sales Executives and VP of Sales & Marketing.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets through strategic prospecting and relationship building.

Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using HubSpot CRM.

Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and nurture partnerships with C-suite executives, medical directors, and IT decision makers.

Deliver customized presentations that demonstrate Juno EHR's value proposition to clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with market demands and customer insights.

Market Engagement & Travel: Travel up to 75% annually to support sales initiatives, attend trade shows, and meet client requirements (may include weekends/holidays).

Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.

Participate in quarterly sales meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Product & Proposal Excellence: Maintain expertise on product roadmaps to effectively communicate future development opportunities to prospects.

Support the Sales and Proposal Departments in reviewing and responding to prospective opportunities.

Engage in additional sales-related activities, both on-site and remote, as business needs require.

Security and Privacy: Adhere to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Undergo FedRAMP training and any required additional training based on role and access.

Qualifications - What You'll Bring

Proven Sales Track Record

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in healthcare technology or related SaaS solutions.

3+ years of success selling into county or city public health organizations nationwide.

Consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals in competitive markets.

Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure.

Communication & Presentation Excellence

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with negotiation capabilities.

Advanced presentation skills with confidence engaging C-Suite executives and management levels.

Strong active listening and qualification of prospect needs through strategic questioning.

Ability to facilitate complex stakeholder discussions and drive decision-making.

Business & Technical Acumen

Ability to analyze complex business workflows and align software functionality to organizational needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Professional Capabilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in remote environments.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Adaptability to thrive in rapidly growing, dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare software development vendors.

Track record of cross-departmental partnerships and long-term client relationships.

Healthcare industry certifications or specialized training.

Extended experience in public sector sales or government contracting.

Education

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of work experience and education will be considered.

Desired:

Any additional applicable education or training.

Compensation The salary is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range is

$80,000.00 to $110,000.00

(annualized USD). This is one component of the total compensation package.

Physical Demands

Standing: 15% in office; up to 75% during trade shows.

Sitting: 70% in office; 15% during trade shows.

Walking: 10% in office; up to 75% during trade shows.

Stooping: 5% daily.

Lifting: Up to 10 lbs. frequently; up to 50 lbs during travel.

Computer Work: 50% daily.

Telephone Work: 50% daily.

Reading: 25% daily.

Travel: Ability to travel unassisted up to 75% of the year.
