
Product Analyst

Overview
The Product Analyst will support private market customer solutions by combining expertise in private company equity administration with strong analytical and product development skills.
This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable system requirements, supporting digital experience enhancements, and helping deliver technology solutions that increase customer value.
The analyst will work closely with product owners and technology teams in an Agile environment to prioritize backlogs, define requirements, and ensure delivery of impactful product features.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into system specifications and recommend enhancements to processes and batch functionality.
Lead analysis of business processes, identify user needs, and document detailed requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate planning, design discussions, and problem-solving activities across teams.
Develop and maintain Agile artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
Build and execute test scenarios to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business value.
Present findings, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and product development practices.
Serve as a highly motivated self-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail, and effective liaison capabilities.
Demonstrate curiosity, follow-through, collaboration, and a strong commitment to delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, including Agile methodologies, data analysis, batch application development, data mapping, flowcharting, UAT, and product documentation.
Ability to lead complex analysis efforts and translate technical and non-technical requirements.
Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize based on customer and organizational needs.
Strategic thinking skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and guide decision-making.
Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting clear insights.
Solid focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience with database queries and general data architecture.
Familiarity with APIs and batch processing.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience encouraged.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of managed account solutions or workplace investment products.
Experience supporting deployment readiness, documentation, and user enablement activities.
Experience coordinating across teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
