Lead
end-to-end product design
across key initiatives, from concept to launch. Translate complex product problems into
simple, intuitive user experiences . Partner closely with
product managers and engineers
to define product strategy and roadmap priorities. Conduct
user research, usability testing, and data analysis
to inform design decisions. Create
wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs . Improve and evolve our
design system and design standards . Advocate for the
customer experience
and ensure usability and accessibility best practices. Contribute to a
culture of design excellence , mentoring others and raising the bar for quality. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of product design experience , ideally in SaaS or technology companies. Strong portfolio demonstrating
user-centered design thinking and shipped products . Expertise in
interaction design, UX, and visual design . Proficiency with design tools such as
Figma
(or similar). Experience collaborating closely with
product managers and engineers in agile environments . Ability to balance
strategic thinking with hands-on execution . Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions. Nice to Have
Experience designing
B2B SaaS or sales tools Familiarity with
design systems and scalable UI frameworks Experience with
