hands-on Director of Finance
to oversee accounting, payroll, and financial planning across our portfolio of
eight health clubs in Illinois and Wisconsin . This role leads the organization’s financial operations while partnering closely with leadership to support smart decision-making and strong business performance. This position is ideal for someone with a
small-business mindset — entrepreneurial, practical, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves . You’ll be responsible for both the
big-picture financial strategy and the day-to-day work , including accounting operations, payroll oversight, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The Director of Finance will work closely with operational leaders to translate financial data into clear insights that support great club operations and exceptional member experiences. Location:
Chicago (in-person) Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, payroll, and financial planning across our portfolio of eight health clubs in Illinois and Wisconsin.
