Senior Program Director (Full Time)- Jorgensen Family YMCA

The Jorgensen Family YMCA is looking for an energetic, outgoing team player to fill the position of Senior Program Director to grow the current wellness programming options available. Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as: Must be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but will consider an equivalent combination of education/work experience. One to two years related leadership experience preferred. Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills. An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
