Overview

Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Cross-Devices Marketing & Technology at Amazon Devices. Responsible for optimizing the customer shopping experience across a portfolio of devices, including education on customer journeys, end-to-end go-to-market programs, A/B testing, data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvements. Focus areas include online marketing channels such as Amazon homepage, search and email. Based in Seattle, serving the North America region. Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end go-to-market programmatic work for Cross-Devices Marketing. Conduct A/B tests to optimize performance of creative placements and customer targeting. Analyze data to create actionable insights and drive improvements. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; track and report progress to senior leadership. Drive long-term process improvements and raise the bar with online marketing channels. Support marketing across a diverse range of existing devices and new devices in a fast-moving environment. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership. Experience driving large-scale cross-team project plans in support of business goals. Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans. Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting. 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both. Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
