Battle Bank, N.A. is seeking a New Account Senior Analyst to support the end-to-end review and processing of new deposit and lending account applications. This role ensures all new client and business accounts are established in full compliance with internal policies and federal regulations, including KYC, CIP, and BSA/AML standards. The ideal candidate will deliver a seamless onboarding experience while playing a critical role in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence across all account opening processes. The New Account Senior Analyst will report directly to the Head of Banking Operations as a member of the Operations team. This is a full-time position with starting pay range of $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Review and process new client and/or business account applications (checking, savings, money market, CDs) Verify customer identity in compliance with

Customer Identification Program (CIP)

requirements Conduct due diligence in accordance with

BSA/AML

policies Perform OFAC screening and review sanctions lists Assess risk ratings for individuals and business entities Review business formation documents (EIN confirmation, Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreements, etc.) Review Trust Documentation Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity Communicate with branch staff, relationship managers, and customers to resolve documentation issues Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory timelines Maintain accurate documentation for audit and regulatory review Support internal and external audits as required . 3+ years of banking or financial institution experience. Knowledge of: BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) AML regulations OFAC requirements CIP/KYC standards Strong analytical and investigative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential financial information Language Ability:

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Articulate and effectively relay information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and external vendors. Mathematical Ability:

Competent in mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure, incorporating whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Accurately compute rates, rations, and percentages. Reasoning Ability:

Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills:

Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work Environment:
