The District Asset Protection Leader (DAPL) implements asset protection objectives and administers asset protection programs. The DAPL provides assistance and training to the field operations teams to address specific asset protection issues with an assigned span of control. The DAPL drives results by forging strong business relationships and working in a team environment to service internal and external customers. The DAPL reports to the Regional Asset Protection Manager who reports to the Divisional Asset Protection Director. The DAPL is aligned with the District Leaders(s) from the field Operations team. This role supports districts in Maryland. (20-25 stores) Required Qualifications
Travel onsite to stores in Maryland, 90% car travel. 5+ years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management 2+ years of experience with multiple store responsibility Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS in Criminal Justice, Business Management or Accounting or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills Word and Excel knowledge is required Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization Ability to function in a team environment Give as well as accept constructive criticism Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
