Responsibilities Support assigned accounts by maintaining clear and professional communication Assist in managing client inquiries, requests, and ongoing account needs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Maintain organized account records and documentation Monitor account activity and report updates to senior team members Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures Qualifications
