Overview

The Sales & Events Manager at Hotel Ella is responsible for leading the property's sales and event efforts with a focus on driving guest room revenue, meetings, private dining, weddings, social events, and food and beverage sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and contracted clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and solicitation through contract negotiation, event planning, and final execution.
