Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Overview

Responsibilities
Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
Maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store; stay up-to-date with product features; achieve excellent customer service and consistently meet the store’s sales goals.
Promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Handle job duties that involve contact with customers (which may include minors), access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value; comply with related security and safety practices.
Location The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store # 703480, located at: 1243 Centre St, Newton Centre, MA 02459.
