This role is more than a traditional senior processor. It is a high-performance production leadership position responsible for carrying large pipelines, handling complex loan scenarios, and modeling exceptional service standards for both Sales and Operations. Premier Processing Specialists operate as performance examples within the organization—demonstrating urgency, ownership, and a high-performance mindset that elevates peers and drives best-in-class outcomes.**Duties and Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate proficiency across product types, including conventional, government, jumbo, and specialty programs- Anticipate underwriting requirements to reduce touches and accelerate cycle times- Protect and enhance the sales experience through disciplined execution- Premier Processing Specialists are expected to consistently meet or exceed:- Ability to effectively manage pipelines of up to 50 active files**Qualifications:** - Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex pipelines independently- Strong product knowledge across conventional and government programs- Exceptional communication and customer service skills- Ability to operate in a high-accountability, performance-driven cultureHere at Lower, we believe homeownership is the greatest wealth creator in America today.
