We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. SDRs at Canonical are exceptional graduates from STEM fields who are launching their sales career in software.

SDR Team Managers

will run new inbound and outbound teams, managing a squad of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs and maintaining a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline. The role focuses on cultivating high‑integrity, high‑empathy professionals with a rigorous work ethic and a passion for technology. You will mentor, coach, and provide career development while driving outbound strategies and adapting to market changes.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performance SDR team

Design and execute inbound/outbound sales development plans

Use data analytics to drive team activities and continuous improvement

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with sales and product teams

Maintain and grow a healthy, multi‑million‑dollar pipeline

What we value

Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
