Overview
We are seeking a Product Data Analyst who can translate data into actionable insights that improve product performance and drive business outcomes. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams to analyze digital product performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in working with complex datasets, and skilled at turning insights into clear business recommendations. Responsibilities
Analyze digital product performance using tools such as
Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting platforms . Identify trends, key performance drivers, and opportunities to improve product initiatives and business outcomes. Build and maintain
KPI-driven dashboards and performance reports
to support product and business teams. Integrate and analyze data from
multiple sources
to develop meaningful insights and performance narratives. Partner with
Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
to define success metrics and measurement strategies. Support
A/B testing and experimentation , including test design, measurement plans, and interpretation of results. Translate complex data findings into
clear insights, structured storytelling, and actionable recommendations . Promote consistent
KPI definitions and measurement practices
across teams. Qualifications
2+ years of experience
in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics roles. Experience with
Adobe Analytics and Power BI
(or similar BI tools such as Tableau or Looker). Strong skills in
data analysis, trend identification, and performance reporting . Experience developing
dashboards and KPI-driven reporting . Familiarity with
A/B testing and experimentation frameworks . Ability to work with
large and complex datasets from multiple sources . Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to business stakeholders. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
Experience in
digital product analytics or e-commerce environments . Knowledge of
SQL or data querying tools . Experience collaborating with
product and engineering teams .
