Job Description The Executive Vice President, Social Strategy is a visionary growth leader responsible for transforming social media into a fully integrated PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) business engine, harnessing the complete ecosystem to drive measurable performance, cultural influence, and community engagement.
The EVP will harness major social platforms and native capabilities, creator networks, community intelligence, content systems, and analytics into a cohesive operating model. It is a heavily client-facing role, tasked with influencing enterprise-level marketing decisions and building scalable social infrastructures that deliver long-term competitive advantage.

Responsibilities Architect the Full Social Engine
Design unified strategies that integrate Paid precision media, full-funnel activation, and performance optimization
Earned creator partnerships, influencer ecosystems, and PR amplification
Shared community engagement, advocacy, and participatory experiences
Owned brand content ecosystems, publishing strategies, and proprietary audience development
Eliminate silos between media, content, creators, and analytics
Build feedback loops where: Paid amplifies what Earned validates
Shared extends what Owned builds
Earned and Shared insights optimize Paid investment
Embed AI as a core accelerator across the social ecosystem — transform it from channel execution to intelligent, adaptive growth infrastructure
Leverage the Full Power of the Social Ecosystem
Unlock advanced platform capabilities across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snap, and emerging platforms
Integrate creator marketplaces, commerce tools, live and shoppable formats, and AI-enabled optimization
Leverage AI-powered insight engines that synthesize listening data, creator signals, cultural trends, and performance metrics into actionable strategy
Utilize social listening, cultural intelligence, and community data to inform real-time strategy
Utilize predictive analytics models and advanced attribution frameworks that quantify brand and business impact
Develop structured test-and-learn roadmaps across the PESO spectrum
Ensure brands operate at maximum capability within the social ecosystem — not simply maintain presence.
Executive Client Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams and be an architect of their “social future”
Lead enterprise-level discussions around holistic social investment allocation and integration
Demonstrate how PESO strategies drive brand equity, acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Drive organic growth by identifying new revenue streams across paid media, creator commerce, owned data assets, and community ecosystems
Translate cultural signals and platform evolution into business strategy
Lead PESO strategy in new business pitches and executive presentations
Measurement & Business Impact
Establish clear KPIs across all PESO components
Use measurement models connecting Paid efficiency, Earned credibility, Shared engagement, and Owned audience growth
Integrate platform data with advanced analytics to drive predictive optimization
Organizational Leadership
Elevate PESO expertise across the agency and client organizations
Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams across media, creator strategy, analytics, content, and community
Foster a culture of integration, experimentation, and cultural fluency
Champion innovation, agility, and forward-thinking capability development.
Qualifications
15-20 years of experience in digital media, communications strategy, or integrated marketing leadership
Deep expertise across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned social disciplines
Proven success leading enterprise-level marketing transformation
Strong understanding of platform capabilities, creator ecosystems, social commerce, and owned audience development
Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into business growth
Exceptional executive presence and storytelling ability
Track record of driving organic growth and winning new business.

Compensation Range: $248,400 - $335,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
