We’re hiring an Executive Director – a strategic and compassionate leader who drives operational excellence, empowers teams, and fosters a culture of integrity and purpose. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and oversee all aspects of community operations
Empower department leaders and guide staff in delivering exceptional care
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and county regulations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support successful hiring outcomes
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members
Foster open communication with residents and families
Manage financial operations including budgeting and office oversight
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or state-specific Administrator license strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare field
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve conflicts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
Dedication to serving seniors with memory impairment in a diverse workforce
State-specific licensure strongly preferred
Additional Considerations
Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Must be comfortable with animals (pets) and neurodegenerative conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
