Based in the Chicago area, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction, including ground-up and renovations. Projects typically range from $1M to $10M in value. Local to the Chicago area and willing to travel throughout the Midwest.

Job Details Must have:
Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
Experience with commercial construction
Experience with ground-up projects
ProCore experience
Responsibilities Provide on-site supervision and leadership for commercial construction projects within the Midwest region, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; maintain site safety and quality standards; manage schedule and project documentation; and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Experience with commercial construction
Experience with ground-up
