The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a front-line sales role focused on
generating new business opportunities and building pipeline for the sales team . This position is ideal for competitive, results-driven professionals who thrive in a high-activity environment and are motivated by performance-based earning potential. You will be responsible for
prospecting, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives . This role operates in a structured, performance-oriented environment with hands-on leadership and ongoing coaching. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach Identify and qualify new business opportunities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
Activity & Performance Management
Execute daily call, email, and outreach activity expectations Track all prospecting activity and lead updates within the CRM Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and role plays Participate in a structured, multi-week onboarding and sales training program Receive hands-on coaching from experienced sales managers Engage in ongoing development and performance feedback beyond onboarding
Qualifications
0–3 years of sales, customer-facing, or business development experience (SaaS preferred) Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, coachability, and resilience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
