We are looking for a
Software Developer
for a fixed-term, project-based position until December 2026 to join our Global Customer Support Condition Monitoring team in Rauma, Finland. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of our Condition Monitoring and Equipment Health Management services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop software tools, automation solutions, and analytics capabilities that support monitoring operations and improve service scalability. This role is particularly focused on developing software tools, dashboards, and automation solutions to support the growing number of monitored vessels and systems. The position offers an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment combining software development, data analytics, and maritime technology. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional with a background in software engineering and development, we welcome your enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and technical expertise. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions supporting Condition Monitoring services Develop dashboards, automation tools, and data processing solutions for monitoring operations Support and administer monitoring system environments, including servers and related software Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and protocols Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new digital solutions Learn and adapt to new monitoring technologies, products, and systems Participate in analysis and development related to vibration monitoring and other condition monitoring techniques Qualifications and experience Degree in Engineering ( BEng. Software Engineering, Automation, Robotics, AI, or similar) Experience with software development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, DevOps environments Experience with programming, data processing, or AI-related applications Interest in analytics, dashboards, or automation solutions Knowledge of condition monitoring technologies or the maritime industry is considered an advantage Good written and spoken English You are able to A ct on own initiative, research and learn, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results C omply to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination U se a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and alloca te resou rces effectively C ommunicate in a clear, precise and structured way What we can offer you With us, you will be offered a competitive salary, a good benefit package, flexible work hours, and good development opportunities in an international environment.
