Level 1 Case Agent | Client Relations & Intake
Sin City Private Investigators, Las Vegas, NV, United States
Sin City Private Investigators (SCPI) is a Las Vegas-based forensic investigation agency specializing in asset investigations, judgment recovery, and litigation support for law firms and corporate clients nationwide.
SCPI is led by Robert Clymer, a retired FBI Special Agent, whose federal-level investigative discipline sets the standard for everything we do. Our methods are rigorous, our standards are non-negotiable, and our results are court-grade.
We are actively moving our agency into the new AI era. We are building smarter, faster workflows while our competitors remain stuck in legacy processes. That edge starts with the right team.
We are hiring a Level 1 Case Agent: the first voice our clients hear, the person who qualifies incoming cases, and the operational backbone of our intake process.
Tasks
First Point of Contact:
Handle all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and web delivering a professional, confident, and empathetic first impression every time. Case Intake & Qualification:
Evaluate incoming cases against SCPI's legal and operational criteria (including GLBA compliance). Determine case viability before escalating to the Director. Client Onboarding:
Guide qualified clients through the full intake process, capturing all relevant case data and logging it accurately into our case management system (Track Ops). Team Coordination:
Work closely with our Director and research team to ensure complete, clean case handovers and clear client communication throughout the case lifecycle. Process & Automation Support:
Assist in refining our intake funnels and AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and consistency of our client pipeline. Requirements
Education:
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Paralegal Studies, or a related legal field
OR
a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a law firm, law enforcement, or investigation-adjacent environment. A combination of both is strongly preferred. Communication Excellence:
Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be able to de-escalate emotional situations, extract critical information, and close every interaction with trust intact. Discretion & Integrity:
You will handle sensitive personal, legal, and financial information daily. Absolute confidentiality is a professional baseline, not optional. Tech Fluency:
Comfortable learning new software and AI-assisted tools quickly. Experience with CRM or case management systems is a plus. Legal Awareness:
Familiarity with GLBA standards, permissible purpose requirements, or legal intake processes is a significant advantage. Training is provided, but baseline awareness is expected. Organization Under Pressure:
Able to manage multiple simultaneous inquiries and maintain data accuracy without losing composure in high-volume periods. Benefits
Starting salary of
$37,500/year during a 6-month probationary
period, progressing to
$40,000–$52,000/year
based on performance. Work directly under a retired FBI Special Agent, a professional credential that carries real weight in the legal and investigative world. Be part of an agency actively building next-generation AI workflows. Your input on how we operate actually matters. Real growth potential as the agency scales, this role can evolve significantly for the right person. High-impact, complex casework with national scope. No two days are the same. A small, high-trust team where your contributions are seen and recognized. If you have the legal background, the communication skills, and the professional discipline this role demands, we want to hear from you. Our hiring process includes an AI-assisted application review followed by a direct interview with our Director. We move quickly and only contact top-tier candidates. Apply now and tell us why you're built for this.
