As Director of Marketing and Communication, you will lead the hotel’s brand positioning and storytelling strategy. From bold campaigns to media relations and local partnerships, you’ll shape the hotel’s identity and connect with guests through authentic and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing and communication strategy for pre-opening and ongoing operations Develop brand campaigns, media plans, and storytelling content Manage PR, social media, and influencer partnerships Collaborate with Sales, F&B, and Operations teams Monitor brand performance and guest engagement metrics Recruit, train, and develop the Marketing team Promote a culture of creativity, care, and innovation Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing leadership role in a lifestyle or luxury hotel Pre-opening experience is highly preferred Strong creative, strategic, and communication skills
