Director Of Talent Management Summary
Leads the enterprise Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for talent and leadership development workforce planning. This role is accountable for designing and scaling integrated strategies that strengthen leadership capability, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness in support of business strategy and inclusion priorities. Through close alignment with business strategy and inclusion priorities, this position drives sustainable talent outcomes that strengthen both current performance and long-term organizational health. Required
Minimum Qualifications: Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience
10+ years of progressive experience, with at least five years at management level or above in Talent Management, Corporate Learning, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development. Specific Skills Include The Following
Demonstrated experience building, standing up, or significantly maturing a Talent Management or Learning Center of Excellence as part of a broader TR transformation, including defining the COE’s vision, operating model, governance, service scope, and success measures. Proven ability to translate enterprise TR strategy into scalable, standardized solutions while partnering with TR Team and functional leaders to drive adoption, change, and measurable business outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed environments. Design and implement integrated, scalable talent and leadership strategies that enhance leadership capability, bench strength, and succession readiness across the organization. Drive workforce readiness by aligning talent planning, development, and capability-building initiatives with evolving business needs. Strengthen organizational effectiveness through data-informed talent strategies, continuous improvement, and best-practice frameworks. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business objectives into actionable talent and leadership development solutions. Champion inclusion priorities by embedding equitable, inclusive practices into leadership development and workforce strategies. Establish governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks to measure the impact and effectiveness of enterprise talent initiatives. Benefits
