Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Business Process Transformation to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading internal and customer-facing process improvements by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and Iron Mountain (IRM) platforms to drive safety, productivity, and cost reduction. You will lead a high-performing team of directors and managers dedicated to translating future visions into executable operational strategies. What You’ll Do
Lead the research and implementation of sustainable, repeatable business process improvements—specifically utilizing Artificial Intelligence and automation—to enhance organizational safety and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional directors and stakeholders to determine the executability of long-term strategies, ensuring high-level resourcing and funding align with functional business goals.
Ensure all reengineered business processes and newly implemented information technologies comply with organizational standards and global regulatory policies.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience in business process reengineering, change management, or operational leadership within a global corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of benchmarking best practices and the application of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies to support complex business systems.
Proven ability in financial and operating performance management, with a track record of translating visionary concepts into scalable, funded strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
