Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for all program operations and ensure that they support the philosophy of the organization
Recruit, orient, supervise, train, and develop the team. Ensure a positive team atmosphere.
Develop and regularly monitor systems to ensure all quality assurance practices; regulatory agency requirements; timely and comprehensive child and family intake; meeting concerns and needs of participating families.
Qualifications The skills the candidate must possess for success in this position are excellent written and oral communication skills, customer-focused attitude, ability to multitask and have a proven track record managing a childcare center or preschool, knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, successful background implementing organizational policies and procedures in a facility, and demonstrate success in a leadership role in the implementation of quality initiatives. The ideal candidate also has knowledge of preschool and childcare licensing regulations.
