Overview

Our Infusion Oncology Pharmacy department is expanding due to continued growth, and we’re excited to add new team members to support this momentum! Join UCLA Health as Regional Director of Pharmacy–Infusion/Oncology Operations, a key leadership role within UCLA Health Pharmacy Services. Reporting to the Associate Chief of Pharmacy Services for Infusion Services, you will oversee pharmacy operations across an assigned region within our Ambulatory infusion service line, supporting oncology and specialty infusion care throughout the health system. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational leadership across multiple infusion pharmacy sites, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant management of pharmaceutical services. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with oncology leadership, pharmacy executives, and multidisciplinary partners to enhance service delivery, expand infusion programs, and implement innovative models of care. This role also provides leadership for staff development and operational excellence across the infusion pharmacy service line. Annual Salary Range: $162,200 - $392,000 (Commensurate with experience and aligned with internal equity) Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational leadership across multiple infusion pharmacy sites, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant management of pharmaceutical services. Lead pharmacy managers, supervisors, pharmacists, and technicians while supporting strategic initiatives that improve patient care, research outcomes, and operational performance across ambulatory infusion services. Oversee medication management processes including procurement, storage, preparation, and distribution of pharmaceuticals; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies. Monitor medication utilization and support initiatives that optimize clinical outcomes while maintaining cost-effective drug utilization. Collaborate with oncology leadership, pharmacy executives, and multidisciplinary partners to enhance service delivery, expand infusion programs, and implement innovative models of care. Support the development of new operational initiatives, maintain standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including USP

and

requirements. Provide leadership for staff development and operational excellence across the infusion pharmacy service line; mentor and support pharmacy leaders and frontline staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
