Overview
We are hiring a
Senior Global Compensation Partner
to join a growing
Total Rewards team
supporting a global organization. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and business executives to design and deliver competitive compensation programs that support talent strategy and business performance.

Responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership on compensation strategy and pay decisions
Support annual compensation planning including merit increases, bonus programs, and incentives
Provide guidance on promotions, new hires, job leveling, and organizational changes
Analyze market benchmarks and internal pay data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation
Assist with job architecture, job evaluations, and compensation structures
Partner with HR and Finance to review incentive programs and compensation outcomes
Ensure compensation programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements
Qualifications
8+ years of compensation experience , preferably within a global organization
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
Certified Compensation Professional ( CCP ) is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience advising leaders on compensation-related decisions
Advanced
Excel
skills and experience working with HRIS or compensation systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
