Reconcile monthly carrier invoices against HRIS eligibility data and payroll deductions Review and validate employee benefit elections, life events, and terminations Support open enrollment through testing, validation, and post-enrollment reconciliation Partner directly with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and confirm corrections Maintain benefits tracking logs, audit documentation, and process guides What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED 4+ years of experience in benefits administration Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional partners Comfort working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and vendor reports How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
