We’re looking for an experienced

Corporate Recruiter

to lead full‑cycle hiring for engineering roles across our organization. This person will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate is someone who understands engineering roles deeply, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and can balance speed, quality, and candidate experience. What You’ll Do Own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from intake through offer and close Partner with engineering leaders to understand team needs, technical requirements, and hiring priorities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles using LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels Screen candidates for both technical alignment and cultural fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and regular status updates to stakeholders Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and hiring practices What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as a

corporate or in‑house recruiter , with a strong focus on engineering roles Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and translate complex requirements into strong candidate profiles Strong sourcing skills and comfort with proactive outreach Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring practices Nice to Have Experience recruiting in a fast‑growing or high‑volume environment Familiarity with interview processes and engineering team structures Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track and report on recruiting metrics Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
