Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Art Director to execute and elevate a premium brand vision in close partnership with senior creative leadership. This is a core creative role for someone who thrives under strong direction, contributes sharp visual thinking, and delivers world-class design across every touchpoint. What You’ll Own Translate creative direction and strategy into high-quality visual design. Lead hands-on design across campaigns, launches, decks, and brand systems. Collaborate with and mentor Graphic Designers. Ensure all work is premium, modern, and consistent. Develop design systems that scale across enterprise and platform channels. Create polished decks, brand books, and visual narratives. Present work clearly and confidently to senior leadership. Who You Are A high-taste, detail-obsessed art director who balances strong visual instincts with speed, organization, and strategic awareness. Experience 7+ years in art direction, brand, or visual design. Experience on high-impact campaigns or major launches. Portfolio showing strong design systems, typography, and presentation work. Excellent at taking direction and executing with precision. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools. Strong communicator and mentor.
