Presentation Designer Job at Insight Global in New York

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer to support the Real Estate and Facilities team within a large hospital system in New York City. This role will focus on creating high-impact, executive-level presentations for Csuite and senior leadership audiences, communicating initiatives related to real estate strategy, facilities planning, capital projects, and operational priorities. The ideal candidate is a PowerPoint expert with extensive experience designing custom templates from scratch and translating complex, technical, and operational content into clear, compelling, and visually polished presentations tailored for executive decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Design executive- and Csuite-level presentations supporting hospital real estate, facilities, and infrastructure initiatives
Create custom PowerPoint templates from the ground up, including master slides, layouts, and reusable visual systems
Translate complex information-such as capital planning, space utilization, facilities strategy, and project updates-into clear, concise executive narratives
Partner closely with Real Estate, Facilities, and leadership stakeholders to understand objectives, messaging, and audience needs
Ensure all presentations meet executive communication standards, brand guidelines, and visual consistency
Incorporate data, charts, diagrams, and timelines into polished, leadership-ready visuals
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint at an advanced or expert level
Proven experience developing PowerPoint templates from scratch (not just editing existing decks)
Strong background designing presentations for Csuite, executive, or senior leadership audiences
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, operational, or technical content clearly and visually
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
Portfolio showcasing executive-level presentations and custom template work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting healthcare, hospital systems, real estate, facilities, or large enterprise organizations
Background creating leadership decks for capital projects, space planning, construction updates, or operational strategy
Familiarity with brand systems and executive-level storytelling standards
