Description:

Your work will directly support high-visibility publishing initiatives, supporting internal engagement touchpoints leveraging Audience Management, Events platforms, and secure video streaming applications.

This will require a deep understanding and hands-on application of audience management setup and optimization for these critical internal communications. You will be directly responsible for managing content for Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising platforms, working with a team of cross-functional program managers, producers, globalization producers, creatives, product managers, and publishers from the production agency.

This role demands a proactive, analytical mindset, a passion for optimization, and the ability to translate complex systems into accessible solutions. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively and proactively partner with multiple teams with limited direction. You have the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect eyes of a designer, the high standards of a copy editor, and the ability to converse fluently with technical teams. You understand deadlines, know when to operate independently, and when to seek help from team members or managers to make the work happen. You can foresee potential roadblocks and conflicting priorities and mitigate them while keeping calm under pressure. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the primary Audience Management functional expert and consultant.
  • Partnering with other Content Management team members on day-to-day Audience Management tasks including developing robust documentation and training processes.
  • Strategically owning and optimizing all day-to-day aspects of Audience Management for content, ensuring precision, compliance, and impact across various platforms.
  • Identifying and driving simplification initiatives for Audience Management processes, providing efficient, assistive, and timely responses to requests.
  • Owning and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Audience Management processes, ensuring institutional knowledge is captured and accessible.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving audience-related issues by collaborating with relevant teams to propose and implement solutions.
  • Coordinating with writing, localization, retail tech, and video producers to manage timelines, handoff, and translation for UI copy and image updates across multiple platforms.
  • Managing and communicating the development of project launch plans, overseeing detailed planning of go-live assets and deliverables.
  • Managing task assignments to production agency publishers and validating their work, ensuring adherence to optimized processes.
  • Validating each milestone from launch to takedown, maintaining brand consistency, and protecting the customer experience.
  • Participating in post-release analysis to identify wins and challenges, carrying findings forward to continually improve future project deliveries and execution.
  • Defining and evangelizing best practices in the content handoff process and Audience Management strategies in partnership with other teams.
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in Events platform, secure video streaming, and Audience Management platforms providing expertise and support to partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience managing content at a global scale.
  • Experience with content management systems, including technical design, development, and UAT cycles.
  • Experience using project/process management tools.
  • Experience managing assets for multiple languages and countries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with engaging interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levels.
