As a Digital Media Buyer/Planner, you will play a key role in planning and optimizing performance-driven ad campaigns across display and native ad platforms. You will collaborate closely with our internal marketing and creative teams, as well as our external media buying agency partners, to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, tracked, and continuously improved for maximum lead generation.
This position is ideal for someone who is data-savvy, highly organized, and experienced in digital campaign strategy and analysis. While you won’t be required to execute buys directly from all platforms, you will be expected to manage the process, oversee performance, and drive results through testing and optimization.
What You’ll Do
Plan and oversee lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Display, Taboola, Revcontent, NewsBreak, Yahoo, and Rumble
Collaborate with our agency partners to execute media buys and ensure alignment with campaign goals
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve results
Conduct A/B tests on creative and placements to optimize campaign effectiveness
Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to develop high-converting ad creative
Build media plans, track budgets, and monitor pacing to ensure efficiency and performance
Stay up-to-date on platform updates and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in media buying or planning with a strong focus on digital lead generation
Proven success managing and optimizing paid campaigns with performance targets
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication, planning, and collaboration skills
Familiarity with ad platforms like Google, Taboola, and others is preferred (but not mandatory)
Experience working with or managing outside agency partners is a plus
