About the Internship

We are building our founding class of Advertising Business Interns to work directly with company leadership and support strategic initiatives across the business.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to executive decision-making, client engagement, and high-impact projects within a fast-growing media and real estate technology company.

This is not a traditional internship. Interns will assist with client meetings, research, AI-powered analysis, and post-meeting execution, contributing directly to the company's growth initiatives.

This internship is ideal for highly motivated candidates interested in careers in consulting, investment banking, technology, media, or entrepreneurship.

What You'll Do

• Support executive leadership with high-priority strategic projects
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for client and partner meetings
• Assist with follow-up and execution after executive meetings
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and workflow productivity
• Develop reports, internal strategy documents, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and partnerships
• Assist with prospect research and relationship management for potential clients and partners
• Participate in strategy sessions and leadership discussions

Who You Are

• Recent graduate or graduating senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, or related fields
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
• Gritty, resilient, and willing to take ownership of challenging projects
• Familiar with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, research tools, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable supporting executives and adapting to evolving business priorities
• Bilingual language skills (Mandarin preferred) are a plus
• Prior experience in consulting, finance, startups, research, leadership roles, or competitive environments is a plus
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Internship Details

• Duration: Summer 2026 (flexible on start date)
• Schedule: Full-time preferred (M - F)
• Location: New York
• Compensation: $30 per hour
