Daily Wire is seeking a talented Editor/Animator to bring DW Ventures productions to life by transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content. This role works closely with the Director of Post-Production and Production leadership to apply creative vision, strong editing skills, and Daily Wire standards across a wide range of projects, contributing to engaging storytelling across our platforms. Primary Responsibilities Edit Daily Wire podcasts, shows, host original content, and creative/promotional videos (long- and short-form) Collaborate closely with the Director of Post-Production to execute creative vision and implement feedback Craft compelling storytelling through precise assembly edits, string-outs, and final cuts Create and maintain project templates and support efficient post-production workflows Edit across multiple digital video formats, including converting, transcoding, and compressing media Deliver high-quality content on time and on budget while managing multiple projects Organize, archive, and manage footage, deliverables, and post-production assets Communicate with team members, complete daily project logs, and support team operations as needed Experience & Requirements 2 years of professional video editing experience with a solid understanding of video production workflows Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects (motion graphics required) Strong knowledge of digital media standards, including codecs, formats, resolutions, and frame rates Proven assembly and editorial experience with strong visual sensibility, pacing, and storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and apply creative feedback from leadership Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and workflow efficiency G Suite proficiency; audio mixing and color correction experience preferred but not required Reference: ECNJOBID-3-67-103-209 in the application #J-18808-Ljbffr
