At Muse, we believe in alignment, visibility, and media made human. Role Description This is a hybrid, contract 1099 role for a Content Creator based in Tampa, Florida. This position is primarily focused on short-form vertical video, specifically Instagram Reels and TikTok. The Content Creator will capture, produce, and edit engaging video content for client accounts. This includes on-site filming at client locations and remote editing and organization of final assets. You will work closely with the founder and social strategy team to ensure brand alignment and high-quality execution across all deliverables. Key Responsibilities Capture on-site video content for client Reels and TikToks Film both trending and strategy-driven short-form content Edit vertical video optimized for Instagram and TikTok Assist in creative ideation and content planning Organize and deliver finalized content into shared Google Drive folders Collaborate inside ClickUp for weekly task management Attend occasional client events, pop-ups, or activations Stay current on TikTok and Instagram trends Qualifications Experience creating and editing short-form video content Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels Confidence filming in client-facing environments Creative eye for lighting, framing, and visual storytelling Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working independently in a hybrid structure Clear communication and collaboration skills Preferred but not required Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar editing tools Background in marketing, communications, or digital media Work Structure Hybrid schedule with on-site filming and remote editing Flexible weekly coordination Up to 10 hours per week to start with opportunity to scale Hourly compensation Who This Is Ideal For A creator building a serious portfolio Someone who thrives in creative environments A self-starter who understands both trends and strategy Someone who wants to grow with a scaling boutique agency To Apply Please send your resume, portfolio or social links, three to five examples of Reels or TikToks you have created, and your weekly availability to operations@madebymusemgmt.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
