Overview About The Role Wodify is launching a fitness field-trip style content series that highlights the best ideas, culture, and creativity happening inside gyms and fitness businesses. Each week, we’ll visit a new fitness business, capture something they’re doing exceptionally well, and turn it into short-form content designed to inspire the broader fitness community. Pay: $25/hour Hours: 8–10 hours per week Location: Denver, CO (On-Site) About The Role Wodify is launching a fitness field-trip style content series that highlights the best ideas, culture, and creativity happening inside gyms and fitness businesses. Each week, we’ll visit a new fitness business, capture something they’re doing exceptionally well, and turn it into short-form content designed to inspire the broader fitness community. You’ll work alongside our CEO (on-camera host) to film on location and then edit that footage into engaging, high-quality Instagram Reels. This is a hands-on internship for someone who lives and breathes fitness, understands short-form content, and wants real-world experience creating media that people actually watch. What You’ll Do Travel with Wodify’s CEO to 1 fitness business per week to film on-site content Capture workouts, gym hacks, culture moments, and behind-the-scenes footage Examples may include: how they welcome new clients, promotions they are running, retail layouts, class formats, and more… Edit raw footage into short-form vertical video (Instagram Reels-first) Apply basic storytelling, pacing, captions, and trends to each edit Collaborate on content ideas and shot lists ahead of each visit Deliver consistent, on-time edits with minimal supervision What We’re Looking For Strong interest in fitness and gym culture Comfortable filming inside gyms during early morning hours Solid instincts for short-form, social-first video Experience filming and editing on a phone or camera Reliable, self-directed, and deadline-driven Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts trends Tools You Might Use Phone or camera for filming Stabilizer or gimbal External microphones CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing tools Schedule & Commitment 8–10 hours per week Filming typically occurs 5:00am–8:00am on weekdays Must have a method of transportation and be willing to travel within the Front Range area Editing completed during off-hours or evenings as needed Paid at $25/hour and can expense travel mileage Why This Internship Matters You’ll gain real-world experience creating fitness content from concept to publish—inside real gyms, with real owners, for a brand deeply connected to the fitness industry.
