Position: Asst Graphic Designer Location: Reynoldsburg, OH Contract Duration: 4+ months with potential extension Pay rate: $30.00-35.00/hr on w2 Job Summary: This is a detail-oriented design role on the in-store experience team that will assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling retail marketing that supports brand campaigns, projects and upcoming product launches. This role will support the design team in creating presentations (both digitally and in-person), compiling pre-production documents for art release, gathering inspiration/patterning that will influence design, and work closely alongside other designers, visual merchandisers and copy partners. Responsibilities: Provide design support to the Store Experience team in creating on-brand marketing that creates a seamless in-person customer experience Responsible for preparing presentation decks for leadership reviews Assist the team on constructing in-person presentations within the mock store for seasonal walk-throughs. This entails printing, mounting, trimming, and setting marketing live. Responsible for cleaning up art files and readying them for art release, ensuring all artwork is accurate and organized. Route files for approval through Copy and Design leads. Gather design inspiration/patterning that influences upcoming campaigns/stories Collaborate with other Creatives, Visual Merchandisers, Copy, Creative Services, and Procurement partners as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) Highly skilled in design layout, typography, and image retouching to bring compelling designs to life. Exhibits experience in working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Agility to hop from one project to another is a must.
