Graphic Designer - San Antonio, TX)
Salary: $65,000-$75,000
Location: University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) - Onsite
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Role Overview

UTSA is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills, professional training, and deep experience in Adobe Creative Cloud. This role supports the university's communications efforts through branded collateral, visual identity systems, and high-quality print and digital design. The ideal candidate brings creativity, precision, and a strong understanding of brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design presentations, reports, infographics, event materials, and branded collateral
  • Support and maintain visual identity elements aligned with UTSA brand standards
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files for institutional use
  • Create branded templates (PowerPoint, report layouts, fact sheets, etc.)
  • Develop infographics and visualizations for research, partnerships, and strategic messaging
  • Produce event materials such as programs, signage, and one-pagers
  • Design digital graphics for web, newsletters, and social media
  • Deliver final files in both editable and production-ready formats
