Assist in building scalable templates, systems, and documentation
Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
Typical focus: ~65% design execution & production, 20% concepting & strategy support, 15% cross‑functional collaboration and process support
About You:
3–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in‑house or agency)
A high performer who takes ownership and follows through
Equally comfortable executing production work and contributing new ideas
Curious and eager to expand into experience design, digital design, and content strategy
Detail‑obsessed with strong craft standards
Collaborative, kind, and proactive in how you support teammates
Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
Mission‑oriented and motivated by work that improves patients’ lives
Other Skills or Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft and conceptual thinking
Required:
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong layout, typography, and visual systems skills
Experience preparing production‑ready files for print and digital
Solid project management and organizational abilities
Nice to have:
Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics
Familiarity with digital marketing and web design
