What We Need TheStudio at iHeartMedia is seeking a Marketing Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our creative department. Help turn ideas into compelling designs, and adapt across digital, print and outdoor assets. Love of graphic design, pop culture, teamwork coupled with eagerness to learn and support the vision of iHeartRadio are essential to success. This role reports directly to an Art Director.
What You'll Do
Work closely with the Art Directors on designs for all projects
Manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Work effectively with teammates
Assist in creating graphically engaging new business pitch presentations and materials
Provide general assistance to the team with ongoing projects
Assist in creating innovative designs/logos/brand kits for our major events and podcasts
Support the rest of the Creative Team with any larger digital, editorial, social media, motion, branded, or commercial design briefs
Ensure work consistently answers the brief, or supports the brand look, in terms of look and feel, accuracy, functionality, and brand identity
Contribute to brainstorm meetings
Possess a passion for typography and graphic design
Collaborate with Project Management team and department leadership to ensure the best servicing of all creative needs for our live and virtual events, big and small
What You'll Need
3-5 years professional experience designing and/or conceptualizing design supporting large brands
Prior experience at an advertising agency, production company, or entertainment company a plus
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
A professional level knowledge of industry standard design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite. Must be familiar with AI tools and adobe Firefly services
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adept at problem solving and thinking quick on your feet
Strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines
Strong Type and design skills
Open to direction, mentoring and training to improve skills

Compensation Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
$56,000 - $70,000
