Individual contributor responsible for production and execution of in-store training materials, across multiple platforms (video, UX/UI, presentations and print collateral) to drive engagement, sales and loyalty. Must be able to manage multiple projects within a fast paced environment that are on spec, on time and on brand.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with project managers, fellow designers and Managers to ensure effective project completion
Consistently meet project deadlines and maintain high level of work while managing multiple projects across multiple platforms
Ensuring designs are in alignment to evolving brand standards and are maintaining brand consistency
Keep up with currents trends in marketing, design and applicable design technology
Engage with associate interactions, understand the customer’s lifestyle, and ensure our design platforms meet the end user’s needs
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience at an in house creative department or design agency
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
Adaptable and quick learner
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier with basic proficiency in UX/UI design and animation.)
Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individually
Expert knowledge in graphic & pre-production process
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with shifting priorities
Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design and UX trends
Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layout
Outstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback
Experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience
