A creative marketing agency is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Art Director to lead creative vision and direction across projects while remaining hands-on with high-level design execution. This role blends creative leadership with concept development and polished final deliverables.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead creative vision and artistic direction across multiple projects
• Develop concepts and guide them through to final, polished deliverables
• Remain hands-on with graphic design and visual execution
• Oversee and maintain brand consistency across campaigns and materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on creative strategy
• Review and refine creative work to ensure high quality and impact
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong background in graphic design and art direction
• Proven ability to lead creative vision while staying hands-on
• Excellent visual, layout, and typography skills
• Strong concept development and creative thinking abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary: $150k-$200k
