About The Job Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated 2026 VIP & Influencer Intern to become an integral part of our dynamic Entertainment team in New York City. This internship opportunity will focus on supporting VIP efforts, offering exposure to local events, sample trafficking and special ad hoc projects. Job Responsibilities VIP/Celebrity & Influencer Relations Track and support with all incoming/outgoing samples for VIP red carpets, fittings, events and dressing moments utilizing Fashion GPS and PowerPoint Maintain organization of showroom and workroom Create PowerPoint decks for fittings, showcasing accurate sample availability Utilize Wearisma to track and update activity for giftings and brand events Monitor and track social media coverage, identifying Louis Vuitton-centric content from talent and influencers and compile into weekly report Support large-scale product seedings across both influencer and VIP – including appropriately packing product to be sent to talent Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint. Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples. Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable. Provide support for special projects including awards season, shows and local events Offer new ideas on brand-right talent and influencers for consideration Profile We are excited to speak to candidates with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will possess experience within Fashion PR, VIP and influencer experience, preferably luxury or agency. Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at: $25/hour Criteria Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC We are looking for a full-time 6-month contract intern with availability to start ASAP Legally authorized to work in the US The position requires 5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
